Battleline Operations Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: September 6, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy summarizes the cancellation, renewal, refund, and transfer-credit rules applicable to Battleline Operations.
It should be read together with the Battleline Operations Terms & Conditions.
1. Two Recurring Billing Schedules
Applicable Battleline Operations transfer customers have two recurring service charges:
- 1. Weekly Transfer Subscription
- 2. $200 Monthly Battleline Platform Access
At initial enrollment, the first transfer period and first month of Battleline Platform Access are combined into one initial card charge.
After enrollment, these services renew independently:
- transfer service renews weekly;
- Battleline Platform Access renews monthly.
As a result, the two services may have different future billing and paid-through dates.
2. Current Weekly Transfer Packages
- STRIKE — 15 transfers per week — $525/week
- ADVANCE — 30 transfers per week — $1,050/week
- CONQUER — 50 transfers per week — $1,750/week
- DOMINATE — 70 transfers per week — $2,450/week
The recurring Battleline Platform Access is $200/month.
Existing customers may have a locked or grandfathered per-transfer rate. Those customers continue to be billed according to their applicable authoritative rate and package as reflected in their account, and the standard rates above do not change that rate.
3. Initial Enrollment Charges
- Platform access only: $200
- STRIKE: $725 initial charge ($525 first transfer period + $200 first month of Battleline Platform Access)
- ADVANCE: $1,250 initial charge ($1,050 first transfer period + $200 first month of Battleline Platform Access)
- CONQUER: $1,950 initial charge ($1,750 first transfer period + $200 first month of Battleline Platform Access)
- DOMINATE: $2,650 initial charge ($2,450 first transfer period + $200 first month of Battleline Platform Access)
After the initial combined charge, weekly transfer billing and monthly Battleline Platform Access billing occur separately.
4. Stopping Recurring Transfers
Customers may request to stop recurring transfer service using the account-management options provided by Battleline.
When properly scheduled:
- future transfer renewals stop according to the effective cancellation boundary;
- the current paid transfer period remains available through its paid-through date; and
- the customer does not receive a prorated refund merely because they choose to stop before the paid period ends.
5. Battleline Platform Access
The Battleline Platform Access is a separate monthly recurring service.
The Battleline Platform Access generally cannot be canceled independently while qualifying recurring transfer service remains:
- active;
- past due; or
- scheduled to terminate at a future transfer boundary.
If transfer service ends before the customer's already-paid Battleline Platform Access period ends, platform access may continue through the applicable paid-through date.
6. Full Cancellation
A full cancellation schedules each applicable recurring service to end according to its own billing boundary.
Because the weekly transfer subscription and monthly Battleline Platform Access are independent, they may not terminate on the same date.
For example, transfer service may reach its paid-through date before Battleline Platform Access reaches its separately paid-through date.
During this period, the account may display a cancellation-pending or platform access remainder status.
No additional applicable renewal should be created after a service has reached its properly scheduled terminal cancellation state, subject to payments already due or processing.
7. Reversing a Pending Cancellation
Where the account displays KEEP BATTLELINE or another cancellation-reversal option, an eligible customer may reverse a pending cancellation before terminal service expiration.
The account will display the available option when applicable.
8. Package Changes
Recurring transfer-package changes generally take effect at the next weekly transfer billing boundary.
There is no mid-period proration.
The current paid weekly period remains under the existing package.
At the next applicable weekly renewal, the subscription changes to the selected package.
The separate Battleline Platform Access is not reset or duplicated by a package change.
9. Additional Transfers
Additional transfers are one-time purchases for the current weekly period:
- +5 — $175
- +10 — $350
- +15 — $525
- +20 — $700
Additional-transfer purchases:
- do not recur;
- do not permanently change the weekly package;
- do not change the Battleline Platform Access;
- do not independently change Battleline Command analysis allowances; and
- generally expire with the applicable weekly service period if unused.
Additional-transfer purchases are generally non-refundable after purchase except where required by law or expressly approved by Battleline.
10. Unused Transfers
Unused transfers generally do not roll over into another weekly period.
Unused transfers do not automatically create:
- cash refunds;
- account balances;
- future transfer entitlements; or
- transferable credits.
11. Transfer Credits
Battleline may issue a service credit when a transfer is verified not to have satisfied applicable qualification or delivery requirements.
Examples may include:
- the consumer did not agree to speak with an insurance agent;
- the consumer failed applicable qualification requirements; or
- a verified Battleline-side or vendor-side technical failure prevented proper delivery.
A consumer hanging up, disconnecting, changing their mind, declining coverage, or ending the conversation after qualifying and agreeing to the transfer does not automatically qualify the transfer for a credit.
All transfer-credit requests are subject to review and verification.
Transfer credits have no cash value and are not cash refunds unless Battleline expressly agrees otherwise.
12. Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly approved by Battleline, payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable service period has begun.
This includes:
- weekly transfer charges;
- monthly Battleline Platform Access charges;
- applicable portions of initial enrollment charges; and
- additional-transfer purchases.
Cancellation generally prevents future applicable renewals according to the service's cancellation state and billing boundary. It does not retroactively refund a service period already purchased.
13. Failed Payments
Failed payments may be retried by Battleline or its payment processor.
An account may remain past due while payment retries or payment resolution are in progress.
Battleline may restrict or suspend applicable services during unresolved payment failure.
A failed payment does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
14. Chargebacks
Customers should contact Battleline regarding billing disputes before initiating a chargeback.
A chargeback does not automatically cancel recurring services.
Battleline may suspend account access or service while a chargeback or payment dispute is being investigated.
15. How to Cancel or Manage Service
Customers should use the account-management functionality available within Battleline Operations when available.
Questions or requests requiring assistance may be submitted through Battleline's published support methods.
A cancellation or account-management request is considered received when successfully submitted through an approved Battleline method.
16. Questions
Questions about billing, cancellations, refunds, transfer credits, or account status should be directed to Battleline Operations through the support methods published on battlelineoperations.com.
