Battleline Operations Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 28, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern enrollment in and use of Battleline Operations services. “Battleline,” “Battleline Operations,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the provider of the Battleline Operations services described in these Terms.
By enrolling, submitting payment, maintaining an active subscription, purchasing additional transfers, accessing Battleline Operations, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Battleline Operations Services
Battleline Operations provides business-to-business services for participating insurance professionals, which may include qualified live-transfer opportunities, account and transfer administration, customer relationship management functionality, and sponsored access to certain Battleline Command sales-coaching and performance tools.
Battleline Operations provides sales opportunities and business-support technology. Battleline does not sell insurance on behalf of participating agents and does not guarantee that any prospect will purchase insurance.
2. Live Transfer Service
Battleline may provide participating insurance agents with live-transfer opportunities involving consumers who have expressed interest in insurance-related information and who meet the qualification requirements applicable to the campaign.
When a prospect satisfies the applicable qualification requirements and agrees to speak with an insurance agent, Battleline or its service providers may attempt to connect that prospect live with the participating agent.
Transfer production and delivery may rely on third-party vendors, telecommunications systems, artificial intelligence, automation systems, lead sources, and other service providers.
3. What Qualifies as a Billable Live Transfer
A live transfer is considered delivered and billable when:
- the prospect satisfies Battleline's applicable qualification requirements;
- the prospect agrees to speak with or be transferred to an insurance agent; and
- the live transfer is initiated and delivered to the participating agent through the applicable transfer system.
A completed insurance sale, submitted application, scheduled appointment, minimum call duration, or issued policy is not required for a transfer to be billable.
Battleline provides qualified sales opportunities, not guaranteed sales.
4. Disconnected Calls and Consumer Hang-Ups
A transfer does not automatically become invalid merely because a qualified prospect subsequently:
- hangs up;
- disconnects;
- changes their mind;
- decides not to continue the conversation;
- declines insurance coverage;
- does not answer a later callback; or
- otherwise chooses not to proceed after agreeing to the transfer.
Once the applicable qualification and transfer requirements have been satisfied, a subsequent consumer disconnect or decision not to purchase does not, by itself, entitle the customer to a transfer credit or refund.
5. Transfer Credits
Battleline may provide a transfer credit when review establishes that a transfer did not satisfy the applicable qualification or delivery requirements.
Examples may include:
- a consumer who did not agree to speak with an insurance agent;
- a consumer who did not satisfy the applicable qualification requirements;
- a verified Battleline-side or vendor-side technical failure that prevented proper delivery; or
- another verified circumstance Battleline determines caused the transfer not to satisfy the applicable service requirements.
All credit requests are subject to review and verification.
Transfer credits are service credits only, have no cash value, and are not cash refunds unless Battleline expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
6. Exclusive Access
Once a qualified lead or live-transfer opportunity has been successfully sold and delivered as a billable live transfer to a Battleline customer, Battleline will not intentionally resell, redistribute, or redeliver that same lead or opportunity to another Battleline customer.
Leads or prospects that do not result in a successfully delivered and billable live transfer may remain eligible for future contact, routing, or transfer to another Battleline customer.
This exclusivity applies to the specific lead or opportunity delivered. If a consumer independently submits a new request for insurance information or otherwise creates a new lead or opportunity at a later time, that subsequent request may be treated as a separate lead or opportunity.
After delivery, the participating agent may receive prospect information for legitimate insurance-related follow-up, subject to applicable law and the agent's own compliance obligations.
7. Transfer Availability and Delivery
Transfer volume may vary based on factors including:
- consumer availability;
- geography;
- state licensing;
- campaign performance;
- operating hours;
- customer availability;
- vendor production;
- telecommunications;
- technology;
- lead inventory; and
- other factors affecting live-transfer production.
Battleline does not guarantee that transfer opportunities will occur at evenly spaced intervals or at a particular time of day.
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate availability and being prepared to accept transfers.
8. Weekly Transfer Packages
Battleline Operations currently offers the following recurring transfer packages:
- STRIKE — 15 transfers per weekly billing period — $525 per week
- ADVANCE — 30 transfers per weekly billing period — $1,050 per week
- CONQUER — 50 transfers per weekly billing period — $1,750 per week
- DOMINATE — 70 transfers per weekly billing period — $2,450 per week
These packages reflect the standard rate of $35 per transfer for new customers.
Existing customers may have a locked or grandfathered per-transfer rate. Those customers continue to be billed according to their applicable authoritative rate and package as reflected in their account, and the standard rates above do not change that rate.
Applicable pricing is disclosed before enrollment and may be changed prospectively in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
9. Battleline Platform Access
Battleline Operations charges a separate recurring Battleline Platform Access fee of $200 per month for applicable Operations accounts.
The Battleline Platform Access supports the ongoing Battleline Operations customer relationship and may include account administration, CRM functionality, service configuration, Battleline Command sponsorship/access where applicable, customer support, account servicing, and related Battleline systems and services.
The Battleline Platform Access is a separate recurring billing obligation from the weekly transfer subscription.
Do not refer to this charge as a management fee.
10. Initial Enrollment Charge
At initial enrollment, Battleline combines the customer's first applicable transfer period and first month of Battleline Platform Access into one initial card charge.
Current initial charges are:
- Platform access only: $200
- STRIKE: $725 ($525 first transfer period + $200 first month of Battleline Platform Access)
- ADVANCE: $1,250 ($1,050 first transfer period + $200 first month of Battleline Platform Access)
- CONQUER: $1,950 ($1,750 first transfer period + $200 first month of Battleline Platform Access)
- DOMINATE: $2,650 ($2,450 first transfer period + $200 first month of Battleline Platform Access)
The initial combined charge is an enrollment billing mechanism only.
After enrollment, the weekly transfer subscription and monthly Battleline Platform Access renew according to their own independent billing schedules.
11. Recurring Billing Authorization
By enrolling in a recurring Battleline service, you authorize Battleline and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for applicable recurring charges until the applicable service is properly canceled or otherwise terminated.
After the initial enrollment charge:
- the transfer subscription renews weekly; and
- the Battleline Platform Access renews monthly.
Because these services have independent billing cycles, their future charge dates may be different.
Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
12. Additional Transfers
Eligible customers may purchase additional transfers for the current weekly transfer period.
Current additional-transfer options are:
- +5 transfers — $175
- +10 transfers — $350
- +15 transfers — $525
- +20 transfers — $700
Additional-transfer purchases are one-time purchases.
They do not:
- create a new recurring subscription;
- permanently increase the customer's weekly package;
- change the Battleline Platform Access;
- change future recurring package billing; or
- independently increase Battleline Command analysis allowances.
Additional transfers apply only to the applicable current weekly service period and are subject to any operational purchase cutoff displayed by Battleline.
13. Unused Transfers
Transfer allotments apply to the service period for which they are purchased.
Unused transfers generally do not roll over into future weekly billing periods and do not create:
- a cash balance;
- a refund entitlement;
- a future transfer entitlement; or
- a transferable account credit,
unless Battleline expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Customers are responsible for maintaining sufficient availability to receive the transfer opportunities associated with their service.
14. Recurring Package Changes
Customers may request an available recurring transfer-package change through the applicable Battleline account-management functionality.
Unless Battleline expressly states otherwise:
- recurring package changes take effect at the next weekly transfer billing boundary;
- the current paid weekly period remains unchanged;
- no mid-period proration is provided; and
- the existing transfer subscription is updated rather than creating overlapping recurring transfer subscriptions.
The Battleline Platform Access remains separate and is not reset by a transfer-package change.
15. Stopping Transfer Service
When a customer properly requests to stop recurring transfer service, Battleline may schedule the transfer subscription to end at the applicable paid-through boundary rather than terminating paid service immediately.
The customer remains entitled to the applicable paid service through that transfer-service boundary, subject to these Terms.
Stopping transfers does not automatically create a refund for a period already purchased.
16. Battleline Platform Access Cancellation
The Battleline Platform Access supports the ongoing Battleline Operations account relationship and applicable associated services.
The Battleline Platform Access generally cannot be independently canceled while qualifying recurring transfer service remains active, past due, or scheduled to terminate at a future boundary.
Where transfer service has been scheduled to end, the Battleline Platform Access relationship may remain active through its separately paid monthly service period.
Because the transfer subscription and Battleline Platform Access have independent billing cycles, they may end on different dates.
17. Full Cancellation
A full Battleline Operations cancellation ends each applicable recurring paid service according to that service's own billing boundary.
This means:
- the weekly transfer subscription may remain active through its current paid weekly period; and
- Battleline Platform Access may remain active through its separately paid monthly period.
A full cancellation request does not necessarily cause all Battleline services to terminate on the same calendar date.
During the period between the ending of the transfer subscription and the ending of Battleline Platform Access, the account may remain in a platform access remainder or cancellation-pending state.
Where Battleline provides a KEEP BATTLELINE or equivalent reversal option before terminal cancellation becomes effective, a customer may use that functionality subject to the conditions displayed in the account.
18. Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly approved by Battleline, payments are generally non-refundable after the applicable paid service period has begun.
This includes:
- recurring transfer charges;
- Battleline Platform Access charges;
- initial enrollment charges attributable to service periods that have begun; and
- one-time additional-transfer purchases.
Cancellation normally prevents future applicable renewals according to the cancellation state and billing boundaries described in these Terms; it does not retroactively refund service already purchased.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
19. Failed Payments
If an authorized recurring payment fails, Battleline or its payment processor may retry the payment.
During a failed-payment or past-due state, Battleline may restrict, suspend, or delay applicable services or account functionality while payment is being resolved.
A failed payment does not necessarily constitute cancellation.
Customers remain responsible for valid amounts incurred under an active subscription.
20. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
Customers should contact Battleline promptly regarding billing questions or disputed charges before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
A chargeback does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Battleline may suspend services or account access while a chargeback, payment dispute, failed payment, or outstanding balance is investigated or resolved.
21. Battleline Command Access
Certain Battleline Operations accounts may include sponsored access to Battleline Command.
Battleline Command is Battleline's sales-coaching and performance platform and may include call analysis, coaching, training, performance insights, and related functionality.
Operations-sponsored Command access is associated with the customer's eligible Battleline Operations relationship.
Applicable monthly analysis allowances may depend on the customer's Operations package.
Current Operations-sponsored allowances are:
- Platform access only — 15 analyses per applicable monthly cycle
- STRIKE — 15 analyses per applicable monthly cycle
- ADVANCE — 30 analyses per applicable monthly cycle
- CONQUER — 50 analyses per applicable monthly cycle
- DOMINATE — 70 analyses per applicable monthly cycle
- Legacy DOMINATE (85 transfers per week) — 85 analyses per applicable monthly cycle
Analysis allowances do not roll over unless Battleline expressly states otherwise.
Additional-transfer purchases do not independently increase Command analysis allowances.
Changes in Operations eligibility, package, sponsorship, cancellation, payment status, or service status may affect sponsored Command access in accordance with the applicable service rules.
Battleline Operations and Battleline Command may operate through separate systems, accounts, domains, and service infrastructure even when access is connected for customer convenience.
22. Customer Calls and Command Analysis
Where a customer uses Battleline Command to upload, submit, or analyze sales calls, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the recording, possession, submission, disclosure, and analysis of those calls is lawful.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable federal or state law before recording or submitting communications.
Battleline does not provide legal advice regarding call-recording consent requirements.
23. Customer and Agent Responsibilities
Participating insurance professionals are responsible for:
- maintaining all licenses required to transact insurance in applicable jurisdictions;
- maintaining required carrier appointments where applicable;
- providing accurate licensing, contact, billing, and account information;
- maintaining reliable telephone, internet, computer, and related equipment;
- maintaining sufficient availability for live transfers;
- complying with applicable insurance laws and carrier requirements;
- complying with telemarketing, communications, privacy, call-recording, and data-protection laws;
- appropriately handling and safeguarding prospect information;
- following up with prospects lawfully and professionally; and
- conducting all insurance recommendations, applications, sales, and carrier interactions in accordance with applicable requirements.
Battleline is not responsible for lost opportunities resulting from a customer's failure to answer transfers, maintain availability, follow up, maintain licensing, maintain functioning equipment, or comply with applicable requirements.
24. Customer Compliance, Indemnification, and Allocation of Responsibility
Each customer, participating insurance professional, agency, agent, employee, contractor, representative, authorized user, and other person acting through or on behalf of a customer is solely responsible for that party’s conduct after receiving or accessing a prospect, lead, live transfer, telephone number, consumer information, or other information through Battleline Operations.
Customers are independently responsible for determining and maintaining compliance with all laws, regulations, carrier requirements, licensing requirements, and industry rules applicable to their own communications, marketing, solicitation, insurance activities, and use of consumer information, including, where applicable, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), Telemarketing Sales Rule (“TSR”), federal and state Do-Not-Call requirements, state telemarketing laws, privacy and data-protection laws, call-recording and consent laws, insurance laws and regulations, and any other applicable federal, state, or local requirements.
Without limiting the foregoing, after a prospect or live transfer is delivered to a customer, the customer is solely responsible for the legality and compliance of the customer’s subsequent conduct and communications, including calls, callbacks, text messages, emails, automated communications, prerecorded or artificial-voice communications, marketing campaigns, CRM activity, dialing activity, call recording, solicitation, sales presentations, insurance recommendations, applications, and other follow-up activity.
Receipt of a lead, prospect, telephone number, consumer record, or live transfer from Battleline does not constitute a representation or guarantee that the customer may contact that individual indefinitely, through every communication channel, using every technology, or for every purpose. Customers are responsible for determining whether any additional communication they initiate is legally permissible at the time and in the manner in which it is made.
Customers may not use Battleline services or consumer information obtained through Battleline in violation of applicable law, including by disregarding consumer opt-out or do-not-call requests, engaging in unlawful calling or texting, using consumer information for unauthorized purposes, making unlawful prerecorded or artificial-voice calls, engaging in deceptive or misleading conduct, or providing Battleline-derived consumer information to unauthorized third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the customer shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Battleline Operations and its owners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, service providers, vendors, successors, and assigns from and against claims, demands, actions, proceedings, investigations, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or relating to:
- (a) the customer’s use or misuse of Battleline services;
- (b) the customer’s calls, texts, emails, recordings, solicitations, advertisements, follow-up communications, or other interactions with a prospect or consumer;
- (c) the customer’s violation or alleged violation of the TCPA, TSR, Do-Not-Call requirements, state telemarketing laws, privacy laws, call-recording laws, insurance laws, or other applicable requirements;
- (d) the customer’s failure to honor a consumer opt-out, revocation, do-not-call request, or other legally recognized request;
- (e) the customer’s insurance recommendations, representations, applications, sales practices, licensing, carrier activity, or consumer relationship;
- (f) unauthorized access, disclosure, resale, redistribution, transfer, or misuse of prospect or consumer information by the customer or persons acting through the customer;
- (g) conduct by the customer’s employees, agents, contractors, representatives, subagents, downstream users, or anyone given access to Battleline services or Battleline-derived information by the customer; or
- (h) the customer’s breach of these Terms.
The customer’s indemnification obligations apply regardless of whether a claim names Battleline as a defendant, respondent, alleged joint actor, alleged principal, alleged agent, lead provider, transfer provider, technology provider, or otherwise, to the extent the claim arises from or relates to conduct for which the customer is responsible under these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms transfers responsibility for a customer’s independent conduct to Battleline merely because Battleline originally supplied, routed, facilitated, or delivered the prospect or live-transfer opportunity.
Battleline retains responsibility for its own obligations to the extent imposed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to require a customer to indemnify Battleline for liability that applicable law prohibits Battleline from transferring, disclaiming, or indemnifying.
No provision of these Terms should be interpreted as guaranteeing that any lead, transfer, calling method, technology, communication, or customer activity complies with every law applicable to a particular customer or jurisdiction. Battleline does not provide legal advice. Customers should obtain advice from their own qualified legal counsel concerning their specific compliance obligations.
25. No Guarantee of Sales or Results
Battleline does not guarantee:
- any particular closing percentage;
- a specific number of applications;
- issued policies;
- premium volume;
- commissions;
- income;
- that every transferred prospect will remain on the phone;
- that every prospect will qualify for an insurance product; or
- that every prospect will purchase coverage.
Results depend on numerous factors outside Battleline's control, including agent skill, availability, sales process, follow-up, licensing, underwriting, carrier availability, consumer circumstances, market conditions, and product availability.
Past performance, testimonials, examples, benchmarks, or average results do not guarantee future performance.
26. Third-Party Services and Technology
Battleline relies on third-party providers and infrastructure that may include:
- telecommunications;
- transfer vendors;
- CRM systems;
- artificial intelligence providers;
- payment processors;
- hosting providers;
- email systems;
- authentication systems;
- analytics;
- lead-generation systems; and
- other business technology.
Temporary outages, interruptions, delays, or technical issues may occur.
Battleline will make commercially reasonable efforts to operate and support its services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
27. Account Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials and for activity occurring through their accounts.
Customers should promptly notify Battleline of suspected unauthorized access.
Customers may not intentionally share individual account credentials in a manner designed to avoid applicable subscription or seat requirements.
28. Prohibited Use
Customers may not use Battleline services to:
- violate applicable law;
- engage in fraud or deceptive conduct;
- unlawfully obtain or use consumer information;
- interfere with Battleline systems;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- circumvent subscription, entitlement, usage, or security controls;
- resell or redistribute Battleline services without authorization;
- use Battleline-derived consumer information for unlawful calls, texts, emails, solicitations, or marketing;
- disregard or circumvent consumer opt-outs, consent revocations, or Do-Not-Call requests;
- sell, sublicense, distribute, or provide Battleline-derived consumer information to unauthorized third parties;
- use Battleline services or consumer information in a manner that creates unlawful telemarketing, privacy, insurance-regulatory, or communications activity;
- misrepresent Battleline, the purpose of the consumer's inquiry, or the customer's relationship with Battleline; or
- use Battleline systems in a manner that materially harms Battleline, its customers, service providers, or consumers.
29. Suspension or Termination
Battleline may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary due to:
- nonpayment;
- chargebacks or payment disputes;
- suspected fraud;
- security threats;
- material violation of these Terms;
- unlawful use;
- abuse of Battleline systems;
- misuse of consumer information; or
- other conduct materially threatening Battleline's services, customers, providers, or legal obligations.
Without limiting the foregoing, Battleline may immediately suspend or terminate a customer's access if Battleline reasonably believes the customer is misusing consumer information, violating telemarketing or communications laws, ignoring consumer opt-outs, creating material regulatory or litigation risk, or otherwise using Battleline services unlawfully.
Any financial obligations accrued before suspension or termination remain subject to these Terms and applicable law.
30. Program and Pricing Changes
Battleline may modify services, plans, pricing, technology, operating procedures, benefits, qualification standards, or program policies prospectively.
Material changes affecting active recurring services will be communicated as required by applicable law.
Nothing in this section authorizes Battleline to retroactively change a charge already incurred.
31. Intellectual Property
Battleline's websites, software, branding, training materials, reports, systems, workflows, interfaces, content, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Battleline and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Battleline proprietary materials or systems.
Customers retain their rights in content they lawfully submit to Battleline, subject to the permissions reasonably necessary for Battleline to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the applicable services.
32. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Battleline services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Battleline disclaims warranties that cannot reasonably be implied from these Terms except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
33. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Battleline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to Battleline services.
Battleline provides sales opportunities, technology, coaching tools, and related business services. Participating insurance professionals remain responsible for their insurance recommendations, representations, applications, sales activity, carrier interactions, regulatory compliance, and consumer relationships.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
34. Privacy
Battleline's collection and use of personal information is governed by the Battleline Operations Privacy Policy.
Customers receiving prospect information are independently responsible for their lawful handling of that information after receipt.
35. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
36. Contact and Service Requests
Questions concerning Battleline Operations accounts, billing, transfer credits, cancellations, or these Terms should be submitted through the contact or support methods provided by Battleline Operations.
Cancellation and account-management requests are considered received when successfully submitted through a Battleline-approved method.
37. Changes to These Terms
Battleline may update these Terms from time to time.
The Effective Date will be revised when appropriate.
Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
Continued use of Battleline services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
38. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling, submitting payment, or continuing to use Battleline Operations services, you acknowledge that you:
- have read and understand these Terms;
- agree to applicable recurring billing;
- understand that weekly transfer billing and the monthly Battleline Platform Access are separate recurring obligations;
- understand what constitutes a billable transfer;
- understand that consumer hang-ups after qualification and agreement do not automatically create credits;
- understand that unused transfers generally do not roll over;
- understand applicable cancellation and paid-through service behavior;
- understand that Battleline does not guarantee insurance sales or income; and
- agree to comply with these Terms.
